10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this to any qualified veteran out there looking to buy a house. There's always a different specialist assigned to my home loan team that can answer all my questions for me. It's a comforting experience for a big nerve-wracking investment.
All was perfect - just a little added stress at the very last minute that probably didn’t need to happen. Please keep a tighter schedule on final numbers, closing times and bank holidays. Had the numbers been communicated even a few hours earlier, would have saved a lot of stress. My out of town credit union stepped up (I begged them) but they didn’t have to and that would have created a mess.Otherwise, the process was easy... great and I’ve already told friends and would recommend Y and Josh.
I would recommend VU every time to our veterans. Great company, great experience.
When you’re given 12 weeks to meet an objective that takes most people six weeks to complete and come up short it’s a major sign of failure!
