He was especially helpful in clearing up any credit stumbling blocks, questions about documents needed, and moving the process along.

I personally would have liked being presented with all of the options available for the VA funding fee. It would have been nice to have an email with options showing the funding fee rolled into our loan,
Option B with paying 5% and any other options that may be available. I know most will choose the fee being rolled into the loan but, seeing that there are other options just allows for a buyer to be informed.
I am very pleased with my experience.
