After struggling to secure a home loan (FHA, Conventional, and VA) through various other lenders following a PCS move that resulted in us having to do a deed in lieu a few years ago, we stumbled upon Veterans United. I was pessimistic at first but when I was told by Kimberly that she easily secured a COE for my husband to use his VA second tier benefits (something we had never heard of before), I was shocked! From then on, the process was super efficient. We closed on our brand new home yesterday! The whole process took just over a month and the VU website makes everything super easy. I’ll recommend BU to everyone from now on.

In day of "Good Enough" It is refreshing to find someone That will go the extra mile. Veterans United is truly blessed to have Celina Mowrey on your team. To say she went the extra mile would be a gross understatement. I know that that I was a P.I.A. Customer, but not once did Celina display anything but a Professional and caring attitude. From start to finish she was extremely understanding. Shoot working with her makes me want to buy another house.
Robert is super committed and was the person I interacted with the most, but I know that the deals I brought to him roped in many of his colleagues because of the challenges they posed; there is a huge "behind the scenes" effort that happens in that office!
