Their communication was exemplary, and their knowledge of the homebuilding process surpassed that of even the realtor responsible for keeping the buyers, my family, informed. An example, when interest rates dipped in late June, my loan specialist called me and suggested we lock in our interest-rate early. She took the time to explain that even if we required an extension, it would be to our advantage to have the low interest rate.
