While the process for applying for the loan was easy, the under writing part was a lite undesireable . My loan coordinator did his best to ensure that things moved along even when underwriting was being a pain in the ass.
From the first phone call to Veterans United I was met with nothing but professional staff and encouraging guidance. I was completely informed every step of the way, from follow up calls to notes and emails telling me were I was in the process. I never was left wondering what was going on.
Haley and Taylor both made a difficult transition very possible. They also treated me as if I was there only client. When things got tough they were right there for me. They help me through this and now I'm a home owner.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Easier than I thought it would be.
