Throughout the entire process, beginning to end I felt that VU was carrying to lions share of the load. They were very quick and professional, felt all we were doing is just Checking the boxes and they did the rest. 1st home purchase for me and my wife, was initially dreading it, but VU almost made it feel like a walk in the park. I started the process with 40+ days to closing and voiced I wanted to have the approval done ahead of time so I wasn't dealing with anything the last couple weeks. Instead they drug their feet. The biggest issue is you make people lock into a rate even if rates drop. That's why the company is rated lower than the people.
