Overall, the experience with Veterans United was good. There were times when we would not receive information in our portal until past 5pm est. and they would request things that we were only able to get during regular business hours so this would end up postponing the process. I would recommend having someone thoroughly explain the process through Veterans United and notify you of all the different people you will work with and their roles. In the beginning we were working with someone and they did not communicate any helpful information about the process.
