A million THANK YOUs to my whole team
I was very lucky to have Veterans United help us purchase our first home. Thank you so much from our bottom of our hearts.
We also worked with Jeff Beasley- he was wonderful too! We appreciated how on top of things he was & quick to answer every question we had. Blessed to have had this team for our loan team!
Veterans United was the best mortgage company I’ve worked with! Would recommend to anyone who can apply!
When down to the wire for close, my team didn’t communicate well with me. Additionally, my overall experience with vu was not as good.
Response from Veterans United
Jaymond, we're sorry you feel the communication and your overall experience was lacking. We'd very much appreciate hearing more from you about your experience if you'd like to share. Our goal is to not only complete your loan approval in time, but also to make sure you are informed and comfortable with the process. If you have any outstanding questions or concerns, our Client Advocate Team is available to assist you.
The overall process would have been very quick, but I had a couple of hiccups along the way. My team handled each one admirably and we kept trudging along, with a final approval. Good job team!
Asli and Lindsey were amazing....They really help me a lot

Experience first-hand why 315,734 homeowners give us a perfect score!
Veterans United is an amazing company who always puts you first! From the CEO down to the loan officer, they care about veterans and want to help you and your family. I couldn’t have had a better experience! I have bought 2 homes using Veterans United and I will use them again next time I buy a home! I highly recommend them!!
Veterans United was very easy to work with. Lots of documentation needed of course, but their processes were simple/easy to use. Communication was on point, and being able to text back and forth was great! The only issue I had was I’d have to double sign in when logging in. Maybe from using my iPhone vs a PC🤷🏻♂️? After email/password then entering the numbered code and clicking continue, it would stay on that screen(but refresh), then after doing the process again, it would let me in.
Thanks guys. You made this a breeze. Keep up the good work.
