Miserable. Worst experience of my life. Very unprofessional and passed me around like a number, not a valued customer. Came down to an hour before closing and I could not get ahold of any one on my lending team. Made promises and then did not fulfill them.

We were a little frustrated about the timing for notification for some of our paperwork. At times it seemed as though the underwriter was the one who noticed missed items instead of it being noticed earlier and included with the other paperwork. Overall though we were very pleased with our experience.
