Everyone is always so helpful. The communication is fantastic. I had some bumps when I originally got my loan (last year or so), but I am sure those were more my fault. I would suggest a little more hand holding for someone brand new to purchasing a home as this time (I think I'm a pro now at this) there were no bumps in the road. I will definitely refer your company and continue to use you in the future. :)

Todd and Ben were exceptionally professional with me. Even during the times when I got frustrated by my lack of familiarity with the process (it's my first home) they calmly answered any and all questions and we're always quick to answer emails and phone calls. That's a huge deal these days, that rapid response.
