Very good experience working with the Veterans United Home Loans team. The only item that I was not aware of immediately was the VA fee of 2.15% of the loan amount over and above the closing costs.

The company would improve with better communication between departments - we received conflicting information and thr local office didn't know what the main office was sending out and when. Also, when coming in to sign paperwork required by the title company, I needed extensive information about prior employers and residences, but was not told this was needed until I showed up to "quickly sign a document."
