My closing was made on March 1 2016. As of March 10 the payments to my Creditors have not been made. This has caused many phone calls from them looking for their payments. They are charging me unwanted late fees, that I shouldn't be forced to pay.

Our situation was probably different than most applicants being former business owners. Over all, the process was OK but there were a number of last minute records needed which kept changing the closing date.
