I was a first time home owner and the team I dealt with really help me even when I did some bone headed things trying to boost my score in the middle of the process, but they took me under wing and got me straighten out. It was a interesting experience and really helped me understand the process.

Tiger inspection missed stuff that would not pass normal inspections, this house should not have been VA approved.

This is my second time using Veteran’s United. I came back because of the efficiency and timely communication. This second go around both of those elements were lacking…at least compared to our experience in 2022. It was not only difficult for us to get ahold of, get a timely response from, our VU team, but our real estate agent had the same difficulties with them. Overall, still a mostly positive experience, but definitely not as good as our first with VU.
