Veterans United is overall pretty great and they make it easy to get them everything they need for a home loan. They only negative I would say is that they assigned me a realtor who reached out and then ghosted me not responding to any texts so I used my own realtor which then led to small differences in what my realtor would tell me vs what veterans united would tell me. I’m sure if you used their assigned realtor and if their assigned realtor wouldn’t ghost you then this would be an even more seamless process.

The entire process, from understanding each step to completing digital signatures, was seamless and stress‑free. The online tools were intuitive, everything worked flawlessly, and my team (Alexis, Alex, and Ty) was always there to ensure I fully understood what was happening. There was a "hiccup" with our title holder and documents but overall VERY SATISFIED! The online process and closing went smooth. I absolutely loved getting my documents in a USB port versus the two inch folder with a copy of the documents. Hayden and Sarah kept me in the loop throughout the process - Very Professional!!!
