From day one until closing on my home everyone at Veteran's United were professional, supportive, always there to answer a question, and take the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. The experience that I had was a good experience from the beginning to the in I was anxious and nervous but I was assured that they would take care of me and any questions and concerns I had to just email or call they will be there to answer.

My humble abode that I moved in to on August 4, 2020. I'm so thankful to Veterans United for approving me for an amazing low interest rate on my home and making the process so easy for me. I was only able to do a virtual viewing of this home because of COVID and I did it through my phone. I wasn't able to see the inside in person but I still went through with making an offer and eventually saw it in person before moving in. I literally saw and bought this home through my phone. I love it and thank God he gave me a cherry tree!

As this was my first home buying experience, I don't think I could have asked for a better loan officer. Alex was great. He was quick to answer all my questions and helped explain things in a different way to help me understand the process. I had a panic moment and Alex was able to talk me down. I had applied with Veterans United many years ago but my credit history was horrible. But when they called to tell me they couldn't do it they also told me what I needed to do to get there and I was able to build on my credit AND myself to get to this point. I appreciate everything Alex and his wonderful team has done for me and making sure I was ready and prepared. Thank you for helping me provide a better future for my family.
