Overall a great experience. Did not enjoy when I was passed off to a the Jack guy. Sense of arrogance and made me hate this process even more. When I asked questions, I was given the same instructions that were in the to do list word for word. Hope to never work with him again.
I rated a 10: very happy with JB, Jaclyn and Madeline (?) as my team. The process to finalize a VA line is daunting! The approval to qualify was pretty simple. The process to finally get across the finish line was almost too much!
It was such a pleasure working with fellow veterans in this whole buying process. I felt very well cared for throughout the entire experience and I’m so thankful for my team!
