A 10 is too low of a score. This team deserves at least a twenty. I felt comfortable with them from my first contact all the way through to closing. All I had to do was DocuSign some documents every now and then. No question was considered silly or dumb. They answered them all. I loved the fact that they kept me in the loop throughout. I will certainly tell others about Veterans United. I can't say enough about my buying experience through VU.
