Went well last time. Critical process failures this time, but they ultimately stood by their work and made it right. In some ways this is more telling. Every organization has hiccups, not every organization has integrity.

Awesome isn’t enough to explain Lance, his team, or anyone else at Veterans United! Everyone on the team were all on the same page, even down to the minute of big time decisions relating to closing. I had Lance close a loan for me getting into my first home 4 years ago and he knocked it out of the park so obviously the only team I could trust to land me into my family’s forever home was Lance and his crew. If a 20% tip is what I could give them, I’d give them 110% because they give nothing less than that.
