Incredible experience with 0 issues. Smooth and plenty of support throughout the process





Very easy transaction.






Too many people asking for the same information. Stopping reading on information documents after seeing one word and if they had continued reading they would have seen that the information requested was there days earlier. Not looking at information sent and when I called the person and had him opened my documents and my financial data was there and he stated”Oh there it is”. This was after days of me telling him it was connected.

Thanks for sharing this—and I’m really sorry you were put in that position. It’s frustrating enough to be asked for the same documents over and over, but having to prove they were already submitted? That’s exhausting, and honestly, it shouldn’t have fallen on you to catch what we missed.

The whole team was awesome. Everyone stayed on top of it and I never felt like I was missing anything. Chance always made sure to check in to be sure I knew what was happening


Such a friendly process, they really go above & beyond for the Veteran!

The whole buying experience was not smooth and very stressful. Just one issue after another only to be robbed with excess fees !!!Even after the loan I cannot get a hold of anyone to address the insurance money you withheld from me against my objections !!! Now my insurance has dropped me because you failed to pay them.Your stupid AI system is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered & cannot get anything done with or get to the right people to help you !!!Why would any honorable person recommend your company after this fiasco !!!

The online process was a breeze when submitting requirements. Our loan team keep us in the loop the whole time. It was actually a breeze and less stressful than what I expected.
