First of all, even though wechanged plans VU kept our file active and updated. Secondly we were directed on what steps to take and when to take them. When we hit some particularly tricky stages, We were given several options to assist us in proceeding to the next step. Besides financial and procedural advice, the team was encouraging and patient.
Being able to communicate by phone, text, and email was helpful. The realtor we had was not as communicative or proactive as I was used to.
