Overall service was excellent and professional from everyone we dealt with during data gathering process. I have to admit at times I thought some of the requests were a bit nit-picky but I understand everyone was just doing their jobs to help us qualify for this loan.
Everything went well. The number of "to do's" was a bit daunting, but I chalk that up to the times we live in.
