I had a great team in the beginning. The pre-approval process was quick and easy. However the communication toward the end of the process was limited to emails. I tried to call someone from my team and would constantly get their voicemail especially on my closing day! The final appraisal was not ordered in a timely manner which caused a delay with my husband and I receiving our keys. We had to cancel some of our scheduled services and deliveries we had set up for the day after closing which was a huge inconvenience to us. I was disappointed at the end.
