The entire process was running smooth, the entire team was informative however when it was time to close …the loan team dropped the ball as far as sending in the correct paperwork and on a timely manner which lead to a chain reaction of Monday morning attitudes.
I had seen a few ads and heard the name, but when my primary banking institution was giving me a hard time with getting a mortgage, I thought I’d give Veterans United a try. Hands down an excellent decision. I recommend them every chance I get and will definitely use them again in the future.
JB has been on top of his game since I started working with him back in the beginning of 2020.
