I would hands-down recommend this team and this company to any homebuyer whether it’s your first time or your fifth time. This process was the easiest was the smoothest Kaila, Kathleen, and the rest of the team made this process and every question I had so simple. Alie, our concierge was tentative, punctual and very helpful with her knowledge of the benefits and utilities in our area pertinent to our home. I thought this process was going to to be very hard and difficult I was wrong. Not with this team.if ever asked. I will with the highest recommendation. Chris and his team were amazing! They made every effort to work with get us into the house we wanted! We couldn’t be happier! Also, Will our realtor was beyond amazing. He went to every house and took a video for a walk through on each one we were interested in. I can’t thank him enough and everyone else involved with this whole experience! When all is said and done and not sure where to look in your home journey look for va united and specifically ask for Moya, Kristen and Andrew and don’t forget to tell them you want Sara as your realtor if she’s servicing the sate u looking to move to. Honestly it was hard to reach everyone and very complicated and a lot more of a hassle compared to when I went with veterans first honestly I would go with them over veterans united we finished very last minute and was a constant hassle

Wow!! What an amazing experience I had!! Everyone involved in the process really helped me! In the beginning, I started off scared because buying a home is such a big purchase, but the team really guided, they were truthful, and easy to work with! They never let me down, and right away I started having a great time looking for a home!

Overall very helpful team for our buying expierence. One recommendation would be just helping to explain to greater length for any items especially big ticket items. Being first time home buyers everything for the most part is new so while it may seem simple a greater understanding would be helpful. Team was kind and did answer any questions we had but you do not always know what you do not know.
I have had several home loan experiences in the past and VU by far surpassed my expectations. I will absolutely utilize the VU team for all of my future home loans.
