Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I was a special case coming from the UK and going through the homebuying process while across the pond made communication somewhat challenging. I had to use a family members phone number for my profile due to not having a US phone number and on multiple occasions I stated I would not have direct access to the phone number and email was the best way to contact me, but some VU individuals still attempted to contact me via phone.
As mentioned above in my initial write up - here is my review thank you VU for being such an outstanding company/organization. All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes. The process was tedious but thorough. The service was friendly, personable, professional, and always available. They were very helpful in all aspects of purchasing our new home. Mike Rahmoeller was great to work with. He was good at getting back to me when I had questions, even on his time off. We only had one minor problem, which was with the VA not working as quickly as we wanted. But Mike and the rest of the team maintained constant communication to help us get through this process, which was very stressful.
