They were very helpful in answering my questions along the way. The system they use with the To Do list is quite helpful with helping an inexperienced home buyer keep on track. They offer assistance with all aspects of home buying, not just the loan itself. They referred us to a local realtor that was very knowledgeable and helpful on her end of the process.
My Veterans home United officer lady Susie, they professional, knew exactly what she was doing, very kind to speak with which I did so many times, I have a hard time because I’ve had 50 surgeries can hardly use my hands and arms having anxiety and other issues But she worked me through it all the way to the end, I highly recommend her as your agent to handle all your needs, once again 24 gold stars all the way thank you very much

Chad Bowman, Ryan Bray, and the rest of the VU team were super helpful, informative, and responsive from start to finish. The minute we contacted Veterans United and Nina was assigned as our loan officer she contacted us and spoke with us about our needs and financial status. Nina would keep in touch with via text, phone and email and was always updating us on the our loan status. Nina would even run numbers for us when we asked and would call us and go over those numbers with us. The whole team was amazing !!!!!
