Our experience was phenomenal. Coming off a bad experience with a previous group, Bryant and his team came in and assured us that we were going get our home and did. They were fully invested in what we wanted and worked diligently to make sure that we got our keys. The one thing that stuck out was how they told us and showed us that we were in control. My wife and I set the parameters and the team executed. We never felt rushed, and they took the time to explain the reasoning behind requesting things. They gave us a play-by-play breakdown of each and every step of the process of buying our first home. Everyone gave 100%. Kate our Credit counselor, The tag team loan coordinators Rhiannon and Ashlyn, And the QB Bryant was just amazing. Such a great team to have and highly recommend them to all veterans looking for their first home.

I started working with Matt years ago. He helped me get everything in order be letting me know what I needed to do to get qualified for the type of home i was seeking. By touching base with him maybe once a year or so I was finally ready to pull the trigger. The process was easier than buying a car, the process was easy and streamline. I was approved for alot more than I even wanted (surprisingly). Matt took me thru from start to finish, he was there whenever I called with questions or called me back within the hour. Even after hours and weekends. Trust is a two way street and me and Matt had it. I sent him contracts between me and the realtor before I signed and Matt caught mistakes that saved me over 5K due to realtor error. Not to mention even more he saved me on closing also do to realtor errors. Matt, thank you and your team for all yall have done for me and my family. My hat is off my friend, much appreciated!

Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!! I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who’s reading this review, or anyone who asks is this company for real. This is the second time Steve and the team have helped me out, and this time was just as smooth as the first! My refi went faster than I thought it would, and any questions I had along the way they had answers for. Steve will definitely be getting a call when I buy the next one!
We were very fortunate to have such an awesome loan team. Because of their hard work we were able to close a week ahead of schedule! I would’ve given it a 10 if I knew there were no representatives (fault of my own) in my area other than that, communications were the only difficulty I had through the process. The whole staff was readily available for my support however. thumbs up!
