Austin, Matt, and Victoria were genuinely a pleasure to work with and made this process as simple and as smooth as possible. As a first time home buyer, and being military, this team went above and beyond anything I could have asked or even dreamed for. Their knowledge was top tier and their responsiveness was lightening fast. If you’re looking for someone to get everything taken care of promptly, keep you informed during the process, and tell you step by step what it is that is needed from you, they are the rock stars you’re looking for. Between getting a quick closing, getting the closing date changed, and everything in between, all of them really blew me away in making the home buying process easy and as stress free as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a family or friend. In fact, I would strongly encourage anyone to use these wonderful people.

Really liked how dumbed down easy the process is. Seemed effortless.Did not like finding out I could save 5k in closing costs and 20k over the corse of 30 yrs with a better interest rate from a different loan company.

Our experience lacked origination and repetition. Instead of one contact I think we had 3. It should've been much less difficult overall. They had all our information necessary to complete our loan. We both have excellent credit scores with no other loans except our existing home loan! We haven't paid a penny of interest on our 1 credit card in 20 years! It was my pick as a combat veteran from Vietnam to pick VU as our option. Sad but in the future I/We will look elsewhere.
