Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!! I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who’s reading this review, or anyone who asks is this company for real. 10 is not a high enough rating for Miles, David, Vickie, and Rachael. They have gone way above my expectations for home buying experience. I can't say enough about this team. If I ever move again or my kids decide to buy a home, Veterans United should be there 1st call.
Chris and his team were outstanding. We fell in love with the first house we saw and it was a little out of reach. Chris and his team went the extra mile and left no option disclosed or stone unturned to help get us into our dream home. We forever are grateful for Chris and his team for his honesty and hard work through this whole process. Jackson and his team were great! Anytime, I would text Jackson a message, it would be late at night or the weekend he would respond in a timely manner.
