They have been great. They are very responsive and not pushy at all. They listen to customer's needs. I highly recommend this company everything we t very smooth and fast. They are better than previous VA Lender I had worked with in the past.
I was never asked before the process began if I had money to pay for the inspection, appraisal, earnest money, or closing costs. These costs should be explained to people before they even apply for a mortgage.

While we would have found a way, having Veterans United made the entire home-buying process feel like a true blessing for my husband and me. The whole team worked very hard to process paperwork and explain the process of how the loan is being worked and why requests for information were made. Communication was great, VU was always available if I had questions and always asked if there was any thing I needed. Overall, great job by the team I had at VU.
