Britt went above and beyond to help me get the home of my dreams. She was always there to answer my questions and made the process smooth from beginning to end!
I was very happy with the loan process, however i had one small bump in the road. in the middle of getting everythign together the loan team found out i had a well and then required a well test on top of the pest inspection. Neither of these would be a problem if they had just let me know up front that this was needed. I would encourage the team to ensure that for future cusotmers, that they make sure these items are addressed in the very beginning of the process.
I could not have asked for a more fluent process. The knowledge and care this team provided is beyond anything expected. They truly care about the homeowners and want to give them the best experience!!!
