It was a lot of work but VU have some great staff. Harley was very approachable and made my experience a lot easier. VU was easier and friendlier than other mortgage broker/company I worked with. I would recommend VU.
They worked to answer all of my questions.

Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! Martin is phenomenal at what he does. We had a short time frame and this gentleman far exceeded expectations and got us closed even earlier than we needed! He literally made himself available at all hours of the day and was always quick in responding. I can't thank him enough.
Casey was absolutely amazing! He walked us through the process and did not rush us to buy anything! For a 2 year process he made it seem like it was just a few months of looking! Then when the time came to sign on our home he helped us find what we needed and was timely in communicating any need! Would buy a house from Casey again in the future!
