As a first time home buyer, they made the process as smooth as possible for my husband and I. We always knew what was expected from us and if I had a question, it was answered promptly! I worked with Kindra during our process of building our credit up to purchase, Ginny as our loan officer and Brett as our loan coordinator. I can't say enough about this team! The overall process was smooth and communication was great. The only hiccup was with the appraisal coming in late.
