Great team
Cole was timely, efficient, professional, and knowledgable. He took the time to answer every question I had to the best of his ability/knowledge and was patient with me despite my many questions/lack of knowledge. I would 100% recommend Cole to my own family and friends.
This was my second time purchasing a home with Veterans United and as the first, the whole process was seamless, quick, and easy. My whole team was supportive from the start to the very end. They were communicative and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I really appreciate VU and thank them for securing our home.
Cameron, Blair, and Adrienne were so easy to work with! They answered any questions or concerns I had very quickly and made the entire process so quick and easy!
Everyone was so helpful. It was a smooth process. Thank you so much.
My whole team Meghan,Desi,Carter and Sharon did a amazing job I would highly recommend this team to anyone
Unfortunately there are to many things that went wrong for me to type them all out. In the end I would not recommend and nor will I choose to use Veterans United again in the future.

This was the best experience I could’ve ever dreamed for the team was on top of everything keeping us in the loop and making sure nothing fell through the cracks the attention to detail. The due diligence of the team is so amazing. I don’t have words that can encompass my gratitude and my satisfaction level. Thank you so much for being the ultimate professionals that you are 10 out of 10.
When we first decided to purchase a home, we felt the stress and anxiety that comes with such a major decision. However, our fears were quickly put to rest when we were introduced to our Veteran's United team. Our wonderful loan officer Chace Tuck was there to guide us throughout the entire process. Chace was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Our amazing realtor Jen Riley worked so diligently in the search for our dream home. She helped us reach our goal and made the journey there both memorable and enjoyable. Jen taught us so much along the way, helping us build up the confidence needed to make such an important decision. As first time home buyers, we were blown away by the level of care and professionalism shown by our Veteran's United team. They truly simplified the homebuying process from start to finish. Thank you all for making this the best experience possible!
These people are an absolute godsend. They made this whole purchase thing is easy as it could possibly be really.Truly caring people , I am beyond grateful
The team working on my loan was excellent. However the selling agent was not so helpful. I felt she was only wanting a fast commission and wasn’t concerned on my needs for the closing. The house was not cleaned per concession contract cleaned empty swept. I had to haul off a lot of trash and items they left. I only met the agent 2 times for a 10 minute look at the beginning showing and final walk through. She assured me the house would be professionally cleaned by seller. The house was dirty and I had to search for the keys in the house. She didn’t even reply to my msgs about the key hand over or about the housing being filthy dirty.
Response from Veterans United
HI Jeffery,
I’m glad to hear you had an excellent experience with your loan team, but I’m sorry the rest of your homebuying experience left you disappointed. Moving into a home that wasn’t in the condition you expected, along with difficulties getting answers about the keys and final details, understandably added frustration to an important day.
I’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened. Please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager

My Veterans United team was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and made the process easier than expected.
Professional, helped out through the entire loan process. Great service
My only complaint about this whole process is the title company. They caused a major delay and caused us to have to have the pest inspection done twice and pay for it a second time. We did get refunded $129 of $$155 fee that we paid the second time which I’m very thankful for but for something that should have taken a month to six weeks took just a little over three months. Overall, I’m very happy with veterans United and how the whole process went from beginning to close.
If it is your first time purchasing a house I would recommend doing a lot of research beforehand. I only would recommend the VA loan because a lot of costs are taken care of prior to closing that you would have to pay for if it was a regular home loan. I didn’t feel they had my best interest in mind when it came to the loan. They were just going to offer me the highest interest rate even though my credit was great.. in the 800s and no issues on my credit report history. Not until I got a better offer with someone else did they try and match it but prior to that it was basically “due to what’s going on overseas”…. Some of the process I felt was done backwards. There was a delay on closing I felt could have been mitigated if those were one of the first things taken care of. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. It definitely could have been worse but I am so glad this process is over! The team did check in to see if I had questions but I don’t know what to ask if it’s my first time. I asked the lenders if there was anything needed from me and I would get “no we’re good for now” when there were things needed and there were documents I had to submit twice because they didn’t know I submitted it prior to when they asked (I guess). So for others I would advise them to research all the important things for purchasing a home and how the process works before starting the home buying process. Know what you can negotiate/ask for, and always shop around for lenders to get better deals. DO NOT ASSUME they have your best interest in mind like we do in the military. It’s a business for them to get the deal. And READ EVERYTHING IN DETAIL before signing especially at closing because there were multiple errors, and last minute changes that were made to the loan that my lender didn’t even know were changed so I wasn’t given any heads up about it. The attorney was visibly annoyed that I had questions or showed him where there were mistakes on the documents. He half explained things to me but when the sellers came he gave them all of his attention and just dismissed me until they were done. He catered to them so that they can go to their next appointment but didn’t apologize for having me wait longer due to the clerk having to fix multiple documents that they had errors on. That’s the gist of it. Oh and there are things you have to pay for throughout the process like inspections earnest money and appraisals so don’t expect to not have to pay anything.
It was great working with this whole team. We were able to purchase our home quickly! Communication was outstanding..Thanks!
