The Veterans United team has developed and refined a great product for military home-buyers. Mr. Derek Harmon, et al, were fantastic from start to finish. They provided constant guidance and perhaps pushed me along when my job started to interfere with the "myVU To-Do list". The interface with the site and buttonology are user-friendly, there are a lot of resources, and all the representatives are quick to reply and/or answer questions. Thanks!
The communication and expertise the team had to offer was outstanding! The loan process was laid out in simple terms that were easy to understand, and the assistance getting affordable home insurance was exceptional.
I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. I was afraid the process would be long, hard, and maybe someone would pull the wool over my eyes. But the transparency of the VU team made all those fears go away. They truly are in this for the right reasons and it shows. They helped me and my family purchase our first home in less than a month and we are forever grateful and blessed!

We were a bit upset that after we spent 1 3/4 hours signing all the paperwork with the notary (155 pages), that somebody or some way there was an error in the printing and the title co rejected the entire thing and we would have to redo it! So we spent another 1 3/4 hours with a different notary redoing all the signing! It was extremely inconvenient.
