Wyatt from the beginning made home-buying easy. His knowledge, care for details, and explanations made me and my family feel absolutely comfortable throughout this process.I asked Wyatt at least 100 questions throughout my home-buying experience and he was able to expertly answer them all with no issues. Topics such as disability ratings and benefits, mortgage rates, lender credits, closing costs, and the list goes on and on. He made me feel like I never asked a dumb question (even though I had a few) and if he was busy would always get back to me as soon as he could.Not only would he answer every question I had but he would take the time to truly explain every question. I never once felt like I didn’t understand what was going on in any of the phases of home-buying. From pre-approval to closing I felt like I was part of Wyatt’s family and a priority as Wyatt would answer my calls (even on the weekends) and would take hours of his day to truly break down the fine details of any topic. And if I still didn’t understand something he would fine new ways to present the information so that I eventually could.Wyatt was absolutely incredible to work with and I can’t honestly recommend him enough. The last thing I wanted throughout this home buying process was a ton of stress as I recently separated from 12 years of active duty service and I already had enough on my plate between having a new baby, finding a job, and Wyatt did exactly that by making not only this process stress free but honestly comfortable all the way throughout.Thank you Wyatt from Dorina, Noah, and I. Veterans United is a very thorough lender. They have a system that doesn’t let details go on addressed. The staff is very attentive. I would highly recommend Veterans United to anybody considering a home loan. This company is well staffed full of friendly people.

Our experience with VU was overall very smooth. The app was easy to work with. Checking off things on the “to do” list was straightforward and easy and our whole team did a great job seeing us through to the finish line. We had one hiccup, but everyone was as helpful as they could be so it was resolved in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend VU.
