Everything was great but one thing I did find to be a slight bother is the time difference. Im two hours behind and I feel that may have lead to some small delays in communication throughout the process. This is to no fault of the team members, just circumstantial, but I thought it was worth a mention.Beyond that, I felt the team to be very attentive in assisting me along the way.
Ashley, Tiffany, and everyone else behind the scenes were AMAZING! The entire process was smooth and fast and the communication between us all was without a doubt impeccable. From start to finish they were all about me and my family. Its hard to put in words how I feel but I would recommend them 100% all day everyday . They even sent a personalized gift for each member of my family and my pets. Ive never received treatment from anyone the way that there guys did. My daughter (10 months) now has a forever home because of this extraordinary group of people. Thank you for everything!
