Yes, I would definitely recommend the team I had to help me maneuverer through the homebuying process. If I had to do it over again, I would want the same team. And Jeremy, was phenomenal, kind, understanding and I felt so confident throughout each phase of the loan. I didn't know about VU, but from this point on I will recommend all I encounter who wants to buy a home to VU.
Working with Veterans United and Denise Stroud has been an incredible experience. First and foremost, Denise is exceptionally competent. She has handled four loans for our family now, and every single one has been delivered right on time and perfectly within the provided estimates. She truly understands the ins and outs of the VA process, and she excels at partnering with attorneys, title companies, and everyone else involved in the home-closing journey to get the best results. The absolute best moment from this recent loan came when our closing team hit a major roadblock. Instead of letting things stall, Denise stepped in and simply asked, 'How can I help?' Her proactive support completely turned things around and ensured we were successful.
Only issue is that the loan officer, Kat, should probably do research on her client and the state they live in because there was a lot of miss information passed around.
