Billy and his team were exceptionally helpful throughout the long closing process. This was my fourth home purchase but was longer than usual due to navigating a short sale. The closing costs leading up to the closing date kept fluctuating from a significant number to something more manageable. It almost made me back out of the deal due to how night it was.
