Based on our experience with delays after delays and working with your firm on repeated request, We would not recommend using VUHL unless you live in the same location as the VUHL ofc. WE had a terrible experience for almost 5 months to get to close.

VUHL should advise the customer on closing on a specific time, takin into account the time difference between states. The closing took a bit longer due to VUHL waiting until the same day for employment verification, not accounting for the difference in the Pacific time vs the East Coast
