The process was quick and they advocated for my needs. Yes it was a little scary and i still need time tonwrap my head around it all but they are there to help me every step of the way.
My assigned team was more than helpful and there to answer any questions I had. It was a hectic process, as far as all the documentation needed, but overall everything went pretty smooth and I have yall to thank for that!

Need more detailed list of paperwork needed. Example...pest inspection, let people know you need the report for all detached buildings on property as well as the home. Those take time to schedule and having to schedule an additional appointment for a revision takes time.
