Getting into contact with the team leading up to my closing was extremely difficult and I would not be contacted back for hours after reaching out. In a time of constant change, I was disappointed that I could not speak with my team quickly about closing matters.The underwriting process was terrible. There we unnecessary delays and things requested that my team should have told me about in advance, not when the underwriter requested them.I will not be recommending VU to others. This has not been a good experience for me.
We actually had gone to another loan servicer prior to using VU and we didn't have a good experience. We tried VU based on recommendations from family who have used them previously and praised their experience there. From start to finish everyone was very professional, quick to answer our questions thoroughly, and even got us a housewarming gift. Trevor and Jennifer were both so great and we will let everyone we know who is going through a house-buying process, go through them for a stress-free experience! Thank you so much again Trevor and Jennifer for everything!!!
