Buying a house is a very stressful endeavor. My wife and I both feel Aaron Madrid and crew at Veterans United did a phenomenal job with answering all of our questions, pushing for everything we asked for and getting us what we wanted.
We actually had gone to another loan servicer prior to using VU and we didn't have a good experience. We tried VU based on recommendations from family who have used them previously and praised their experience there. From start to finish everyone was very professional, quick to answer our questions thoroughly, and even got us a housewarming gift. Trevor and Jennifer were both so great and we will let everyone we know who is going through a house-buying process, go through them for a stress-free experience!
