I woke up May 4th and started scrolling on my phone . I came across an advertisement for Veterans United . Being a veteran , I filled out the initial info , and submitted it. Shortly after, I received a phone call, and as it turned out , we were in the process of buying a property . I guess my wife should be involved , so , when she got off work that afternoon , I informed her of my unplanned venture . We dared dream that we could move from long time renters to home owners. Never did I think we could do a VA loan with no money down . We were matched with an agent who we now consider a friend . All in all the team was very helpful and explained everything that was going on. The veterans united team was there with us through the thick and thin of us moving across the world then across the country, i couldn’t have asked for a better team to help my family out.
Overall my experience with Veterans United has been stellar! Communication was really good. While I got frustrated with the process a few times, my team helped me better understand why things were going the way they were. It was a great help to have knowledgeable staff and the ability to ask questions when I couldn't understand something.
