Tony, Rachel and the rest of the team were top notch and on top of everything the whole time, I couldn’t ask for a better team to have handle the process from start to finish.
The loan process was non intuitive. There were about 40 pre actions thrown at us without explanation of their purpose unless we reached out to ask for an explanation.Our title was not completed properly, which will result in a financial burden on us to fix. After putting so much money towards a down payment, it is straining on us to fix the mistake. Additionally, $13,000 was spent for closing costs just to receive an incorrect title. It's a mess.I will be counseling my Soldiers to find a loan elsewhere if they ask me.

I would highly recommend Veterans United for one simple fact - James Browning. HE is why I give Veterans a 10. He is a very patient man, calm in demeaner. He was patient when I called and was confused and took the time to explain what I was asking about and would repeat it if necessary. He never acted like I was bothering him or annoying him. What a great experience. From beginning to end. Couple bumps in the road due to home appraisal nothing to do with Veterans United. But i can tell you they came up with another way. Felt the fees were kind of high but otherwise very happy with their performance.
