Seth and Nico were phenomenal. Seth was particularly impressive in his responsiveness — always quick to answer my questions and ensure communication was seamless. This is especially noteworthy given that they're based in Missouri while I'm in California. Despite the time difference, he always made time for me; I even think at one time he took my call in the middle of his kid's soccer game. What I appreciated most was that they stayed on top of everything and clearly worked hard to push my case forward, regardless of whatever Sir Murphy threw their way.
Michelle Westbrook was amazing to work with. She answered my millions of questions and always kept me updated through the entire process. i have recommended her to my family and friends already!
Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Normally sellers and realtors cringe when they hear VA loan, but Bryant and Codi changed my whole perspective on that. They were on top of everything, very responsive both by email and phone. They made sure the deal went smooth and closed on time. I would definitely recommend Veterans United, Bryant Chambly and Codi McDowell to any buyer looking for a VA loan.
