I want to say that Aaron, Colleen, Marty, and Hope were AMAZING people to work with. As first time buyers, we were shocked how smooth the process was. They communicated really well with our agent, with us, and made things super easy to understand. Also, along with our agent, they did everything they could to make sure to have things within our monthly budget. By far the best group I have ever worked with. They are a stellar team! Would definitely have this team recommended for first time home buyers. 10 out of 10!

The team from Veteran United starting by Tyler was extremely helpful and made things really easy for us, we really appreciated.
The only thing is that i could call and talk to tyler during the week ask if there's anything else I would need and he would hit me on friday 5 o'clock with a list of things that I couldn't do till some time the next week if he would of just told me in the being of the week it would feel so stressful waiting to get the answers he would need

I can understand how frustrating it must have been to check in throughout the week, only to receive additional requests late on a Friday that couldn't be addressed until the following week. Buying a home is stressful enough without feeling like you're constantly waiting on the next step. I'm sorry the timing of these requests added unnecessary stress to your experience.

The team working with my loan was simply exceptional. They were easy to reach with questions and answers were spot on as well as prompt. Their web site is easy to navigate and loan status is kept up to date.
The American Promise to Veterans who have served and their widow and orphan is a solum and sacred one to which the VA alone is unable to fulfill. Veterans United working alongside VA and utilizing the resources intended for Veterans fills in the gap to make that promise a reality. Dedicated professionals like Mr Dustin Johnson and Nicky Blevins through passion and sense of purpose worked so hard to make my dream come true in record time. I had an eviction notice after the house I rented was sold. Six weeks later in a home owner thank to the VA Loan Program , Veterans United and dedicated professionals like Mr Johnson and Mrs Blevins.
