I cannot believe how easy working with my VU team was! I was so nervous about the home buying process (this was my first) and using my VA benefits. Veterans United is a special Mortgage Vender, who helped my Wife and I purchase our home very easily.

I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it to other veterans. The overall loan process was cumbersome and slow. Documentation requests were made piecemeal rather than gathering all required documents at once. It seems the underwriters were not fully aware of the necessary documentation for loan approval or denial. Overall, the process was challenging and difficult to endure.
