My loan team (Tim Overshiner, Kevin Reichert, Ross Pierson, and Gavin Otte) were amazing every step of the way. My loan went through multiple changes/revisions (job change, finances, and VA requirements). They were always on top of their game, and kept us informed along the way. Everyone was easy to contact and worked exceptionally well together. In the end, they worked out an amazing loan package with the absolute lowest rate!

I would give Veterans United an A+++! I would recommend every veteran who want an experience, honesty and caring home loan specialist! I truly felt that they treated my request as if it was their own!!
Management at VU should look strongly into what transpired here. This could be used as a training event so others don't have to deal with what I did. VU handled the routine things very well....but when we hit a snag....it was all on me to fix it. I expected more. I expected VU to have a strong relationship with the VA, and to help when needed. I found just another lender, I could definitely have gotten at least this level of service from anyone.

I have already given Brad's business card out. 2 years prior to working with Veterans United I tried purchasing a home and it was just so confusing for myself and the mortgage company I was working with. Veterans United made everything so easy that I'm still in shock I'm a homeowner.
Do your homework before you call because they dont like to answer questions and they have "preferred realtors" that play their game.
